Julie Porter - Special to the Sun

On April 19, equine owners from all over the west are getting together to express their dissatisfaction with the way our elected officials are guiding our energy policies and allowing America to be brought to its collective knees and being held hostage by 'Big Oil.'

We would like to invite the public to join us in this protest ride from Inyokern to Ridgecrest, Calif.

I have room in my wagon for a few people and I would truly enjoy the company.

If you cannot join us for the entire ride, please meet us at the Ace Hardware in Inyokern (9:30 in the morning) for the 'kick Off' this event.

Please tell me how I may assist you or if there is any thing I can do to make this event more accessible for you.

Big Oil has been taking government handouts while simultaneously raking in huge profits. Protest!
