A check of Kern County Superior Court records show that since March, 2005, Casaburi has been arrested and pled no contest to numerous charges, such as being under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and DUI. Court records also indicate Casaburi is a registered narcotic offender.
The CHP news release reported there were no arrests.
