Kern Valley Sun
It’s that time of year again, for the Kern Valley Hospital Foundation to hold its annual Peddler’s Faire. The event, which is being held Sept. 19-20, a full month earlier than it has been in past years, promises something for everyone. With as many as a third of the vendors being new, as well as the addition of several different activities, there will be plenty for valley residents to enjoy. Organizer, Jeannette Rogers, is thrilled to have so many newcomers participating in the fall event that has become increasingly popular with locals.
The 50 plus vendors will include many of the valley’s health and service organizations, who will be eager to share information on all that they have to offer. A multitude of other vendors will be at their booths ready to showcase their unique talents, wares and services. Visitors can expect to see a wide variety of crafts, collectibles, memorabilia, clothing, art, baked goods and gourmet food items for sale.
