SUSPICION OF DUI: On 9/07/08, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Ralph Day, 56, of Palos Verdes, Calif., was observed driving a white van northbound of Lake Isabella Blvd. just south of Elizabeth Norris Road, Lake Isabella. The van rolled through the stop sign at Elizabeth Norris Road then continued northbound on the boulevard weaving within its lane. An enforcement stop was made and the subsequent investigation led to Day’s arrest on suspicion of DUI.
SUSPICION OF DUI: On 9/11/08, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Rebecca Montano of Bodfish was stopped for weaving and failing to maintain her own lane. The subsequent investigation led to Montano’s arrest on suspicion of DUI and a felony warrant.

REPORT OF COLLISION: On 9/14/08, at approximately 3:40 p.m., Mark Linenburger, 35, of Bakersfield, was traveling eastbound on Hwy. 178 east of Democrat Hot Springs at a stated speed of 30 mph, when he lost control of his 2006 Suzuki GSXR 600 motorcycle as he attempted to negotiate a left hand curve in the roadway. Linenburger fell to the ground and was subsequently ejected from his motorcycle as both he and his motorcycle slid off of the eastbound road edge. Linenburger was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision and received only moderate injuries as a result of the collision.

WARRANT ARREST: On 9/4/08, Ronnie Haigler, 26 of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 2100 block of Crestview Ave., Lake Isabella on a warrant charging him with a parole violation.
SUSPICION OF BEING IN POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 9/5/08, Don Marcus Riley, 54, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 200 block of Elizabeth Norris Road, Lake Isabella on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance.
WARRANT ARREST: On 9/6/08, Scott Brophy, 37, of Bodfish was arrested in the 1900 block of Harrington Street, Bodfish on a warrant charging him with battery.
SUSPICION OF VIOLATING A COURT ORDER: On 9/6/08, Ray Christopher Wood, 37, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 12100 block of Hwy. 178, Mt. Mesa on suspicion of violating a court order.
SUSPICION OF BEING IN POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 9/7/08, Travis Shane Neel, 22, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 1900 block of Fran Court, Lake Isabella on suspicion of being in possession of marijuana and a warrant.
WARRANT ARREST: On 9/7/08, Clark Pariseau, 27, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 2000 block of Pecos Street, Lake Isabella on a warrant charging him with spousal abuse.
WARRANT ARREST: On 9/8/08, Cyara Dyson, 24, of Bodfish was arrested in the 7000 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., Lake Isabella on a warrant charging her with trespassing.
WARRANT ARREST: On 9/9/08, Troy Battles, 50, of Wofford Heights was arrested in the 300 block of Heim Lane, Wofford Heights on a warrant charging him with illegal weapons.
SUSPICION OF PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 9/10/08, Misty Lynn Sessions, 29, of Kernville was arrested in the 100 block of Buena Vista, Kernville on suspicion of public intoxication.
WARRANT ARREST: On 9/10/08, Allen Blake Miles, 32, of Weldon was arrested in the 4000 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., Lake Isabella on an out of county warrant charging him with probation violation.
SUSPICION OF DRIVING WITHOUT A DRIVER’S LICENSE: On 9/10/08, Melissa Gail Bashaw, 46, of Weldon was arrested in the 4000 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., on suspicion of driving without a driver’s license.
WARRANT ARREST: On 9/11/08, Mitzi May Richards, 47, of Wofford Heights was arrested in the 7000 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., Lake Isabella on a warrant charging her with obstructing a peace officer.
SUSPICION OF BEING AN EX-FELON IN POSSESSION OF A STUN GUN: On 9/12/08, Charles David Cline, 54, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 2800 block of Alta Sierra Drive., Lake Isabella on suspicion of being an ex-felon in possession of a stun gun.
