WARRANT ARREST: On 10-9-08, Greg Alesna, 56, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the Keysville area on a Federal US Marshall Warrant charging him with failure to comply with court orders.

SUSPICION OF RESISTING ARREST: On 10-19-08, Grace Gertrude Brown, 20 and Torin Sun Aquivo, 18, of Weldon were arrested in the 100 block of Vine Way, Bodfish on suspicion of resisting arrest. Grace was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
SUSPICION OF VIOLATING PAROLE: On 10-20-08, Michael Caniano, 37, of Bodfish was arrested in the 2900 block of Claire Street, Lake Isabella on suspicion of violating his parole.

SUSPICION OF BEING IN POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 10-22-08, Douglas MacArther Dunlap, 40, of Bakersfield was arrested at the French Gulch Marina parking area on suspicion of being in possession of illegal controlled substance, possession of illegal drug paraphernalia and parole violations.
SUSPICION OF BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 10-22-08, Stacy Lynn Pryor, 38, of Bakersfield was arrested at the French Gulch parking area on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
SUSPICION OF PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 10-23-08, James Wilkerson, 61, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 3800 block of Suhre Street, Lake Isabella on suspicion of public intoxication.
SUSPICION OF COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: On 10-23-08, Michael Lujan, 25, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 5600 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., Lake Isabella on suspicion of commercial burglary.
SUSPICION OF DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE: On 10-23-08, Liza Torrez, 38, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 9000 block of Hwy. 178, Lake Isabella on suspicion of driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana.
WARRANT ARREST: On 10-24-08, Andrea Gonzales, 41, of Bodfish was arrested in the 4700 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., Lake Isabella on a out of county warrant charging her with obtaining aid by fraud.
CHP Reports
VEHICLE COLLISION: On 10-20-08, Debra Edwards, 43, of Weldon was driving her 1996 Dodge Caravan eastbound on Hwy. 178 west of Ford St. Debra Rundell, 57, of Lake Isabella was driving her 2002 Mazda Miata westbound on Hwy. 178 also west of Ford St. As Edwards entered a right hand curve in the roadway, she allowed her vehicle to drift across the solid yellow center lines into the westbound traffic lane at which time the right front corner of her vehicle struck the entire left side of Rundell’s vehicle.
SUSPICION OF DUI: On 10-24-08, Shawn David Montgomery, 29, of Lake Isabella was observed driving northbound on McCray Rd south of Hwy. 178. The subject passed a school bus with its lights flashing and an enforcement stop was made. The subject pulled into the Shell station, exited his vehicle and attempted to walk away. The subsequent investigation led to the subjects arrest for driving while under the influence on an alcoholic beverage.
SUSPICION OF DUI: On 10-20-08, Steve Paul Vlachos ate at the El Portal Restaurant. He left without paying his bill. He was found and the subsequent investigation led to his arrest for DUI.
SUSPICION OF DUI: On 10-24-08, Tammy Bernice Daves, 45, of Wofford Heights was stopped for weaving from side to side while driving southbound on Wofford Blvd. Upon contacting Daves, she displayed the objective symptoms of alcoholic beverage intoxication. The subsequent investigation led to her arrest for driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
SUSPCION OF DUI: On 10-26-08, Andrew Bill Macc, 43, of Bakersfield was driving southbound on Powers Lane south of Hwy. 178, while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. For undetermined reasons he made an unsafe turning movement to the right and struck a power pole with the front of the Ford. The impact of the collision caused his passenger Pauline Rose Macc, 45, of Weldon, to sustain major injury. Andrew Macc fled the scene on foot and his passenger was left at the collision scene. Andrew Macc was located after a search of the area, sleeping at a residence. Andrew Macc was determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was arrested for felony hit and run, and felony driving under the influence.
