The Broncs rolled over Rosamond in Friday’s away contest 43-8.
Kern Valley scored early and often as they pounded the Roadrunners on the ground. Kern Valley rushed for 365 yards and scored six touchdowns.

The Broncs would score on four consecutive possessions to open a huge lead in the first half.
For the game, they had 11 possessions. Six times they scored touchdowns, one field goal, one punt, one interception and at the end of the half and at the end of the game.
Kern Valley began the scoring in the first quarter. They took their opening possession 72 yards in 11 plays to begin the rout.
Dakota Claude’ scored the first touchdown capping the long drive from five yards out.
The Broncs defense stuffed Rosamond and took back the ball on downs. They used just two plays to travel 50 yards as Claude’ romped in from 23 yards to make it 13-0.
Cody Bulgarelli set up Claude’ as he toted the ball 27 yards on the first play.
For the third straight time the Broncs moved the ball and put points on the board with a 33 yard field goal from Dylen Atkinson.
With the score 16-0, the Broncs wasted little time in adding to the lead.
They would make it 4-for-4 in scoring as they took their next possession 58 yards in 11 plays to find the end zone once more.
Kyle Cawein plunged in from three yards to put Kern Valley comfortably ahead 22-0 late in the first half of action.
The Broncs continued to dominate the game in the second half as they scored 21 points.
Claude’ rambled 47 yards for a touchdown, while Aaron LaFarga rumbled 22 yards for his score.
Rosamond finally was able to cross the goal line early in the fourth. They scored on a 23 yard run and converted the two-point conversion to make the score 36-8.
Kern Valley answered the Roadrunners score by capping off the scoring on Cawein’s second touchdown of the game from five yards away.
The Broncs defense shut down Rosamond. The Roadrunners had 10 possessions in the game. They punted the ball three times, turned it over on downs five times, scored the one touchdown and threw an interception.
Cody Bulgarelli was the leading ground gainer for the Broncs as he carried the ball 17 times for 137 yards.
Claude’ rushed for 112 yards on 16 touches, while Cawein picked up 85 yards on nine carries.
Travis Gibson carried the ball seven times for 35 yards, while LaFarga gained 20 yards on six rushes.
Atkinson toted the ball once for 11 yards, while Robbie Fisher had four yards with only one rush.
Fisher was 0-for-4 passing with one interception.
With the win, the Broncs need to win on Thursday against Frazier Mountain to remain undefeated and win their second straight High Desert League title.
The Thursday night game will kick off at 4 p.m.
