California Highway Patrol:

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 2-13-09, a juvenile was observed driving eastbound on Hwy. 155, west of Barlow. The subject was observed weaving within her lane and crossed over the double yellow lines as she proceeded through a curve in the roadway. An enforcement stop was made and the subsequent investigation led to the subject’s arrest for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 2-21-09, Christopher Scott Whirley of Wofford Heights was observed driving 79 mph in a 50 mph zone. An enforcement stop was made and the subsequent investigation led to Whirley’s arrest for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Sheriff’s Department:

SUSPICION OF VIOLATING A COURT ORDER: On 2-3-2009, Robert Montes, 57, of Wofford Heights was arrested in the 300 block of East Evans Road, Wofford Heights, on suspicion of violating court orders.

SUSPICION OF PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 2-7-2009, Amy Lynn Gregory, 24, of Lake Isabella was arrested in the 2200 block of Harnage Street, Lake Isabella, on suspicion of public intoxication and resisting arrest.

SUSPICION OF PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 2-7-2009, Andrew Evan Robinson, 31, of Kernville, was arrested in the 100 block of Sirretta Street, Kernville, on suspicion of public intoxication.

SUSPICION OF PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 2-8-2009, David Troy Grubbs, 31, of Wofford Heights, was arrested in the 6600 block of Wofford Blvd., Wofford Heights, on suspicion of public intoxication.

SUSPICION OF PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 2-10-2009, Brandon Ely 27, of Kernville, was arrested in the 100 block of Piute Street, Kernville, on suspicion of public intoxication.

SUSPICION OF ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: On 2-11-2009, Sean Allen Robbins, 37, of Weldon was arrested at the Kern Valley Substation on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, spousal abuse, kidnapping, making criminal threats, false imprisonment, and intimidating a witness.
