Public Agency Reports 04/01/09

California Highway Patrol:

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 03-27-09 Ryan Safir, of Weldon, was stopped for weaving and driving below the speed limit. The subsequent investigation let to his arrest for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, possessing less than one ounce of marijuana, and a violation of probation.

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 03-29-09 Pedro Arguijo, 27, of Lake Isabella, was observed running the stop sign on Lake Isabella Blvd. at Elizabeth Norris. A traffic stop was made and the subsequent investigation led to his arrest for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 03-29-09 Barbara Ann Robinson, 67, of Kernville, was observed driving on the wrong side of the road on Burlando Road at the Kernville Cemetary. The subsequent investigation led to her arrest for driving under the influence of an alcohlic beverage.

Sheriff’s Department:

No reports were received from the Kern Valley Substation this week.
