Obviously four years of high school mathematics is not working so why continue with it?

Most of the teachers hate having the kids tested. Isn't having to figure out how many times to charge you 35 cents for rebar cuts a test?
Let's demand our school system not pass on one kid who does pass the tests for their grade. "
