Hospital experience excellent

Published on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 10:20 PM PDT

I want to share my recent experience with our local hospital. When I entered I could hardly lift my head and felt like I’d be leaving feet first. The care of the nurses and doctors was excellent, especially Dr. Matuh who allayed my fears. The respiratory therapy services were excellent and I was able to come home standing up. People in our valley need to know what an excellent hospital we have. The Pink Ladies make the rooms so nice I felt like I was in a hotel. The nurses put me at ease. My mental state was terrible when I went in and now I am smiling. We are fortunate to have our hospital and we need it in our valley. I am very grateful to my Nurse Practitioner, Carol Kendall, who listened to me and sent me to the Emergency Room.

" I am so happy to hear of your good experience with the hospital in our valley. Politics aside, we, as a community, need this facility and should strive to keep the well-being of our folks of the utmost importance and concern... and settle any political disputes without the compromise of the care in which you were able to receive.

My husband and I are not getting younger and it is a comfort to know that the hospital is there within a 20 minute drive.

Take care and continue to recovery of your good health. "

" Ruth, we who have some issues with our hospital are also happy that you recovered. Frankly, we don't even know HOW to "instigate negative motives that are self serving". We just like seeing patients treated with respect. "

" Ruth Rose, we who also love our hospital in the valley are so happy that you recovered! Thank you for your testimony that negates all the negative of those who would attempt to paint it differently. Patience on our part and God's intervention will take care of those who instigate negative motives that are self serving. "
