Boyd wins "A" flight

On June 10th, the Kern Valley Men's Club held their Meeting Day tournament. This was an Individual handicap tournament.

Dave Boyd was the winner in the A flight with a net round of 69. Mark Stewart was second with a net score of 71 followed by Kyle Ludington with a net round of 74.

The B Flight was won by Bill Slhamrell with a net score of 71. Ken Dotson was second with a net round of 73 with Bob Engel third with a net round of 76.

Closest to the pin (CTP) on No. 7 was Kyle Ludington. CTP on No. 16 was taken by Walden Webb.

We will be having a Partners Best Ball Tournament on June 24. We have a Match Play Tournament planned for the very near future.

Now is a good time to come and join in on the golfing fun, we are always looking for new members of all skill levels.
