California Highway Patrol:

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 08-04-09 Jason Charlie Poteet, 47, of Lake Isabella, was stopped for speeding. A subsequent investigation led to the driver’s arrest for DUI.

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 08-12-09 Darlin Sue Green, 24, of Lake Isabella, was stopped because her vehicle fit the description of a vehicle leaving the scene of an earlier assault. A subsequent investigation led to the driver’s arrest for DUI. SUSPICION OF DUI: On 08-18-09 Nickolas R. Johnson, 23, of Caliente, was observed driving his motorcycle northbound on Lake Isabella Blvd. The subject was not wearing a helmet, and the motorcycle did not have a license plate, or any working taillights. An enforcement stop was made, and the subsequent investigation led to the subject’s arrest for driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 08-18-09 Michael Dale Mansfield, of Weldon, was stopped for driving westbound in the eastbound traffic lane and nearly causing a head-on traffic collision. The subsequent investigation led to Manfield’s arrest for driving while under the influence of a controlled substance (prescribed medication).

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 08-23-09 Tena Renai Britz was stopped for swerving. A subsequent investigation led to the driver’s arrest for DUI.
