My sister and I on Labor Day weekend had decided to go fishing for the day. All was closed on that Monday except for a few food places as Subway. We decided to get a foot long for our fishing day and owner/managers ‘Balram’ was working that day and his credit card machine did not work at that time. He had to refuse a few customers and insisted cash only and noticed that most of us did not have cash available on hand. So he decided to go out of his way and use the neighboring credit machine at Little Caesars to accommodate all the rest of the customers waiting to be served. We would like to thank Mr. Balram for making this gesture. We were able to enjoy our Subway lunch with a great day fishing.

" Last time I checked people in business do so to make money! So what mr. balram did was make a customer feel valued, which IS good business. "

" Hooray for Mr. Balram....also, for your information, Mr. Balram owns all the businesses in that building, so it was easy for him to make that adjustment. Maybe his paperwork will be a little "co-mingled" but it is worth it for him to make a loyal and thankful customer. Thanks for writing this positive report for us who live here all year long! "
