" Suzie, I know from personal experience and from the experience of a few others, the law enforcement around here refuses to take assault cases seriously, or at the very least, the prosecutors refuse to.

Unless it involves children, murder, or the victimization of other law enforcement officers, most of the sheriffs up here don't seem to care much about doing there job. Except, of course, when they do it just because they can ( public intoxication, anyone?). "

" Suzie, my guess is you've never had a crime committed against you and seen for yourself how little the system really cares. "

" If this is truly happening, then REPORT IT TO THE POLICE! Take photos, report. Tell the school staff, report to the police. Get it lady? If it is really happening, then REPORT IT! Name some names. File charges. Then, homeschool the kids. "

" If you had any investigative intuition you would be looking at the rampant bullying that is taking place at a Lake Isabella school. My niece has been threatening "We are going to slit your throat", my niece is 90lbs and 14 yrs of age. For many weeks she has been jumped and beaten, recently my brother was jumped and beaten, my sister in law went to the hospital from her beating. And all you report on is their ignorant arrest. This story is much bigger, the power in that small town appears to be the gangs and not the law. "
