Angie Delgado will be inducted into the Beta Kappa Chi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Cerro Coso Community College on April 23. Delgado, from Puntarenas, majoring in Liberal Arts/General Studies, is the daughter of Gerardina Saenz and Paul Dickey of Riverkern.

Drive-thru flu shots Nov. 4
Kern Valley Healthcare District will be holding a drive-thru Flu Shot Clinic on Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 9:00am to 2:00pm in the front parking lot of the hospital. We will be offering only the seasonal flu shot. The cost will be $10.00.
