El Rio Terminators beat Green Geckos 4-0

The U10 games began with the Terminators hosting the Green Geckos. The final score was 4-0 in favor of the El Rio Terminators and T. Hogue was their player of the game. K. Jones was the Atchison Propane Geckos player of the week.

The Hot Tamales played the Archie's Hardware Shockwave with a final score of 5-2 for Shockwave. A. DiAngelo and A. Steers scored for the Tamales and R. Driskell had a pair of goals for Shockwave.

The Atchison Propane Green Geckos played the Hot Tamales with a score of 1-0 in favor of the Tamales. Players of the week were R. Hall and H. Hayes.

Shockwave, sponsored by Archie's Hardware, hosted the Terminators sponsored by El Rio. The score 4-1 was in favor of the Terminators. The Terminators named Taylor player of the game.

U14 saw the Beyond Juice Silver Surfers and Red Devils sponsored by Isabella Supermarket who ended their game in a draw. The Pizza Factory's Caution! was teamed with Galaxy sponsored by Run-4-A-Way. Caution saw two goals by R. Gallis and C. Deaver also for a final score of 5-3 for Galaxy. The player of the week for Galaxy was E. Lane.

On 10/10 the Red Devils sponsored by Isabella Supermarket played Pizza Factory's Caution! The score was 7-4 in favor of the Red Devils. Their game was followed by the Beyond Juice Silver Surfers and Galaxy sponsored by Run-4-A-Way. The 5-0 score was registered in the favor of Galaxy. M. Rutledge is the player of the week for Galaxy.

U19: On Oct. 8, the U19 boys, Kern Valley sponsored by Pods played at Liberty Park and the final score was 1-3. M. Wooley had 10 clears. M. Deaver shot three times on goal and A. Yunt attempted to find the net twice. On Oct. 10 Kern Valley traveled to McFarland and were defeated. D. Yunt had four clear, while B. Vittoria had two goals and I. Anzaldo added a goal.

The Knights of Columbus Cataclysmically Epic U19 girls played Frazier Park on Oct. 10 and held them at 3-1 in Epics favor.

U6 players sponsored by Sierra South, SCE and Hyside Inflatables started Oct. 17. The Sea Stars were hosted by the Sea Monsters, while the Sharks were joined on the field by the Sea Turtles and the Giant Squids played against the Dolphins.

U8 games began with the Fire Cats sponsored by North Fork Marina challenging the Pizza Barn Lime Lazers. S. Hansen was player of the week for the Lazers.

The M&N Auto Blue Dragons met the Titans sponsored by Mt. Mesa Shell. Titans players of the week are M. Olson and M. Christiansen.

A. Washington was missed as last week's player of the game for the Titans. The Dragons player of the game was H. Weeden and last week was N. Kuhar.
