SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOR SALE: On 11-3-09 Jame Raymond Henry, 58, was arrested in the 2500 block of Pinon St., in Lake Isabella on suspicion of possession of controlled substance for sale.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-8-09, Gary Dean Victory, 43, was arrested in the 2500 block of Pinon St., in Lake Isabella on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and under the influence.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A FIREARM: On 11-11-09, Shane Patrick Whitley, 21, was arrested in the 6600 block of Wofford Blvd., in Wofford Heights for possession of a firearm, on suspicion of brandishing a firearm, and criminal threats.

SUSPICION OF TAMPERING WITH A 911 CALL: On 11-11-09, Glenda Gene Dillard, 61, was arrested in the area of Highway 178 and Entrada, in Southlake on suspicion of tampering with 911 call, disturbing the peace, and trespassing.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-12-09, Sheri Kathleen Papazian, 46, was arrested in the 1800 block of Bernie Dr., in Lake Isabella on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-12-09, Phillip Randy Krowel, 45, was arrested in the 1800 block of Bernie Dr., in Lake Isabella on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.

SUSPICION OF BURGLARY: On 11-12-09, Kevin Allen Newfield, 23, was arrested in the 2800 block of Alta Sierra Ave., in Lake Isabella on suspicion of burglary.

WARRANT ARREST: On 11-13-2009, Bobby Steven Jones (41) was arrested in the 4600 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., in Lake Isabella, on a warrant charging him with battery.

WARRANT ARREST: On 11-13-2009, Dianna Lynn Severns (39) was arrested in the 4600 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., in Lake Isabella, on a warrant charging her with obstructing officer, battery on emergency personnel, and failure to appear.

WARRANT ARREST: On 11-14-2009, Daniel Walden Brown (21) was arrested in the 38 block of Laurel, in Wofford Heights, on a warrant charging him with burglary.

SUSPICION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: On 11-14-2009, Troy Ray Dourlain (41) was arrested in the 2000 block of Young Ave., Lake Isabella, on suspicion of domestic violence.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-14-2009, Louis Martin Reyes (53) was arrested in the 2400 block of Alta Sierra, in Lake Isabella, on suspicion of possession of concentrated cannabis, possession of dangerous weapon, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-14-2009, Patricia Knott (47) was arrested in the 200 block of Cypress, in Wofford Heights, on suspicion of transportation of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and evading.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-15-2009, Donald Ritchie (51) was arrested in the 2700 block of Erskine Creek, in Lake Isabella, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON: On 11-17-2009, Luiz Antonio Herrarte (21) was arrested in the 1,400 block of Roberts Lane, in Weldon on suspicion of possession of dangerous weapon.

SUSPICION OF PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 11-19-2009, Dustin Tate Lange (18) was arrested in the area of McCray and Lynch Canyon, in Mountain Mesa on suspicion of public intoxication.

SUSPICION OF CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR: On 11-21-2009, Joshua Connolly (24) was arrested in the 8500 block of Deerbrush Ave., in Southlake, on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

WARRANT ARREST: On 11-21-2009, Tiffany Rose Blair (18) was arrested in the 8500 block of Deerbrush Ave., in Southlake, on a warrant charging her with being under the influence and failure to appear.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF EVADING A POLICE OFFICER: On 11-21-2009, John Kyle Stevens (18) was arrested in the area of Lake Isabella Blvd. and Bodfish Canyon Road in Bodfish for evading peace officer causing injury and reckless driving on the highway.
