California Highway Patrol:

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 12-05-09 Albert Steven Bushnell, of Lake Isabella, parked his vehicle on the shoulder facing the wrong direction at the intersection of Hinson Ave. and Fran Road. Contact was made and the subsequent investigation led to his arrest for DUI.

Sheriff’s Department: SUSPICION OF DELAYING AN INVESTIGATION: On 11-30-2009, Rodney Lee Liske (51) was arrested in the area of Elizabeth Norris Road and Highway 178, in Lake Isabella for delaying an investigation.

SUSPICION OF DELAYING AN INVESTIGATION: On 11-30-2009, Chelsea Marie Blair (25) was arrested in the area of Elizabeth Norris Road and Highway 178, in Lake Isabella for delaying an investigation.

SUSPICION OF DELAYING AN INVESTIGATION: On 12-1-2009, Jeremy Neal Curtis (26) was arrested in the area of Elizabeth Norris Road and Highway 178, in Lake Isabella for suspicion of possession of controlled substance, and resisting/delaying an investigation.

WARRANT ARREST: On 12-7-2009, Billy Randall Ellis (44) was arrested in 4000 block of Canal St., in Lake Isabella on a warrant charging him with driving while under the influence and failure to appear.

WARRANT ARREST: On 12-7-2009, Donald Adrian Alvary (20) was arrested in the 4000 block of Canal St., in Lake Isabella on a warrant charging him with delinquency of a minor.

WARRANT ARREST: On 12-8-2009, Scott Michael Brophy (38) was arrested in the 1900 block of Harrington, in Lake Isabella on a warrant charging him battery.

SUSPICION OF SPOUSAL ABUSE: On12-9-2009, Edward John Gonzales (60) was arrested in the 400 block of Scodie Ave., in Kernville on suspicion of spousal abuse.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On 12-10-2009, Steven Robert Williams (47) was arrested in the 10 block of North Dr., in Bodfish for possession of suspected narcotics and paraphernalia.

SUSPICION OF POSSESSION OF DRUG FOR SALES: On 12-13-2009, Tracy Lynn Debski (32) was arrested in the 2900 block of Claire St., in Lake Isabella for possession of suspected narcotics, possession for sales, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
