California Highway Patrol:

REPORT OF COLLISION: On 03-02-10 Benjamin Cox, 27, of Ridgecrest was traveling approximately 120 mph, eastbound on Hwy. 178 just west of Hwy 155. Cox failed to yield and a pursuit was initiated. As the subject came to South Fork Lane, he tried to make a right turn. He lost control of his vehicle and struck a dirt embankment.

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 03-04-10 Wayne A. Ramos Jr., 22, of Wofford Heights was driving his Toyota pickup westbound on Nellie Dent Rd., west of Burlando Rd. at approximately 35-40 mph. Ramos made an unsafe turning movement to the left, causing his Toyota to travel on the south shoulder of Nellie Dent Rd. Ramos then made another unsafe turning movement to the right, causing his Toyota to overturn on the south shoulder. Ramos was not wearing his seatbelt and sustained minor injuries in the rollover traffic collision. The subsequent investigation led to Ramos’ arrest for driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

GRAND THEFT: On 2-24-2010, Shannon Justine Phillips, 23, was arrested in the 2600 block of Pinion St., in Lake Isabella for grand theft and possession of stolen property.

WARRANT ARREST: On 2-27-2010, Ronald Adrian Rogers, 56, was arrested in the 1000 block of Bodfish Canyon Road, in Bodfish on a warrant for spousal abuse.

WARRANT ARREST: On 2-28-2010, Michael Gene French, 44, was arrested in the 8000 block of Easy St., in Onyx on a warrant for fraud.

GIVING FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO A PEACE OFFICER: On 3-1-2010, Benjamin Paul Cox, 27, was arrested in the 5600 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., in Lake Isabella for giving false identification to a peace officer and littering.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE: On 3-1-2010, Randall Scott Maynard, 43, was arrested in the area of Highway 178 and Poplar, in Lake Isabella for driving on a suspended/revoked license.

RESISTING ARREST: On 3-1-2010, Shaun Jacob Micheal Parfait, 18, was arrested in the area of Lake Isabella Blvd. and Crestview, in Lake Isabella for resisting arrest, spousal battery, child endangerment, threats, and possession of marijuana.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 3-2-2010, William Philip Wood, 47, was arrested in the 4200 block of Erskine Creek Road, in Lake Isabella for being under the influence and possession of controlled substance.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 3-2-2010, Roberto Arturo Andrade, 35, was arrested in the 4200 block of Erskine Creek, in Lake Isabella for being under the influence and possession of controlled substance.

SPOUSAL BATTERY: On 3-2-2010, James Crow, 56, was arrested in the 2200 block of Commercial Ave., in Lake Isabella for spousal battery.

BATTERY WITH SERIOUS BODILY INJURY: On 3-2-2010, Terrance James Mcrobie Jr.,40, was arrested in the 6000 block of Lake Isabella, in Lake Isabella for battery with serious bodily injury.

WARRANT ARREST: On 3-2-2010, Matthew Torres, 21, was arrested in the 6000 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., in Lake Isabella on a warrant for impairing an aircraft with light/bright device.

WARRANT ARREST: On 3-4-2010, Michael Edmond Litalien, 44, was arrested in the 10 block of Cane Peak Court, in Wofford Heights on warrants for burglary and grand theft auto.

RESISTING ARREST: On 3-4-2010, Catherine Mary Brown, 53, was arrested in the 2500 block of Smith Lane, in Lake Isabella for resisting arrest.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: On 3-4-2010, Jacquelyn Suzanne Rose, 33, was arrested in the 400 block of Bodfish Canyon Road, in Bodfish assault with a deadly weapon and spousal abuse.

WARRANT ARREST: On 3-5-2010, Brandon Michael Shell, 26, was arrested in the 8000 block of Harmony Lane, in Onyx on a warrant for spousal abuse and willful cruelty to a child.
