SUSPICION OF DUI: On 05-31-10 Darin Arlen Ivey, 20, of Caliente was driving northbound on Caliente Bodfish Rd. north of Piute Meadows Rd. at an undetermined rate of speed when he allowed his vehicle to drift off of the northbound road edge at which time the vehicles right front tire and bumper struck the steep moutain side and overturned. The subsequent investigation led to Ivey’s arrest for driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and for being an unlicensed driver.

POSSESSION OF A DEADLY WEAPON: On 5-26-2010, Gerald Richard Smith, 19, was arrested in the 30 block of E. Evans Road, in Wofford Heights, for possession of a deadly weapon.
WARRANT ARREST: On 5-28-2010, Shannon Lynn Massey, 41, was arrested in the 6000 block of Maple St., in Lake Isabella, for warrants charging her with being under the influence and failure to appear.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 5-29-2010, Maxwell Eugene Cane, 22, was arrested in the area of Highway 178 and Yankee Canyon, in Lake Isabella for possession of controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On 5-30-2010, Brandin McCarthy, 21, was arrested in the 6900 block of Hungry Gulch, in Lake Isabella for public intoxication.
WARRANT ARREST: On 5-30-2010, Benjamin James Wild, 28, was arrested in the 3300 block of Benton Way, in Lake Isabella for warrants charging him with spousal abuse and driving on a suspended license.
WARRANT ARREST: On 5-31-2010, Craig Scott Hardiman, 26, was arrested in the area of Elizabeth Norris Road and Highway 178, in Lake Isabella for a warrant charging him with driving without a license and failure to appear.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BATTERY: On 5-31-2010, Christa Simpson, 26, was arrested in the 30 block of E. Evans, in Wofford Heights for domestic violence battery.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 6-1-2010, Richard Potter, 45, was arrested in the 300 block of Woodland, in Wofford Heights for possession of narcotic controlled substance.
