California Highway Patrol:

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 07-4-10, Michele Lorraine Narramore, 46, of Wofford Heights was stopped for a right-of-way violation and weaving at the intersection of Wofford Blvd. and Evans Rd., in Wofford Heights. The subsequent investigation led to her arrest for DUI.

REPORT OF COLLISION: On 06-30-10 Cory J. Stanfield, 18, of Kernville was driving a 1998 Jeep at approximately 30-35 mph eastbound on Hungry Gulch Road, west of Hwy 155. Stanfield proceeded through a left curve in the roadway and made an unsafe turning movement to the left, loosing control of the Jeep. Stanfield then turned the Jeep to the right, causing the vehicle to travel off of the roadway and collide with a boulder. The Jeep then overturned and came to rest in the middle of the roadway. Stanfield received injuries to his left hand and was transported to Kern Valley Hospital. REPORT OF COLLISION: On 07-04-10 Terry Lee Hammonds, 59, of Wofford Heights was driving northbound on Old State Road, and stopped at the stop sign for northbound traffic at Hwy 155. Ori Shalom Nissim, 21, of North Hollywood was driving eastbound on Hwy 155 at approximately 35 mph approaching Hammonds. Hammonds was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and failed to observe Nissim approaching the intersection. Hammonds began to drive northbound across the intersection, and Nissim attempted to avoid a collision by swerving to the left. Nissim was unable to avoid a collision with Hammonds and the front of Hammonds vehicle struck the right side of Nissim’s vehicle. Nissim continued off the roadway and struck a sign located on the northeast corner of the intersection. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Hammonds for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. All the involved parties were wearing seatbelts. Nissim and passenger Guy Portal, 33, of North Hollywood were transported to Kern Valley Hospital.

SUSPICION OF DUI: On 07-05-10 Nickolas Randall Johnson, 23, of Havilah was observed driving a motorcycle southbound on Lake Isabella Blvd. with the taillight of the motorcycle out. An enforcement stop was made and the subsequent investigation led to the subject’s arrest for driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Sheriff’s Department:

SUSPICION OF SPOUSAL BATTERY: On 6-25-2010, Alexander Timothy Neher, 22, was arrested in the 4200 block of Goat Ranch Road, in Southlake for spousal battery.

SUSPICION OF ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: On 6-28-2010, Milan Radosavljevic, 40, was arrested in the 800 block of Sierra Vista Dr., in Wofford Heights for assault with a deadly weapon and battery.

WARRANT ARREST: On 6-28-2010, Gerald Richard Smith, 19, was arrested in the 7000 block of Lake Isabella Blvd., in Lake Isabella for warrants charging him with possession of dirk or dagger, failure to appear, possession of marijuana, driving without a license, and no insurance.

SUSPICION OF ATTEMPTED MURDER: On 6-29-2010, Jack Michael Matlock, 39, was arrested in the area of Bristlecone and Laurel, in Wofford Heights for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at an inhabited dwelling, and accessory.

SUSPICION OF ATTEMPTED MURDER: On 6-29-2010, Mathew James Bunch, 20, was arrested in the area of Bristlecone and Laurel, in Wofford Heights for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at an inhabited dwelling, and accessory.

SUSPICION OF MAKING CRIMINAL THREATS: On 7-1-2010, Amanda Jean Spears, 29, was arrested in the 5600 block of Hooper Road, in Weldon for criminal threats.

SUSPICION OF BATTERY AND SPOUSAL ABUSE: On 7-1-2010, John Paul Merrick, 43, was arrested in the 30 block of Mulberry Lane, in Wofford Heights for battery and spousal abuse.

SUSPICION OF VIOLATING A RESTRAINING ORDER:On 7-1-2010, Michael Wayne Chambers, 53, was arrested in the 2200 block Angler in Lake Isabella for violation of a domestic restraining order.

SUSPICION OF ROBBERY: On 7-1-2010, Leesa Gay Dragomer, 49, was arrested in the 12000 block of Highway 178, in Mt. Mesa for robbery.

SUSPICION OF FALSE IMPRISONMENT AND SPOUSAL ABUSE: On 7-1-2010, Jacob Lee Martin, 27, was arrested in the 15000 block of Sidewalk Lane, in Weldon for false imprisonment and spousal abuse.
