By violating the law, the people who swam in the pool took a chance that the owner would suffer a large fine from law enforcement! This incident happened a few years back. "

I was shocked at my most recent trip up there last month though. Also, some of the calls I got were from people who work at the hospital, and are sick and tired of having to be witness to this behavior. "

It is not racism but something often associated with racism- predjudice and to group all those together as if all in those groups are racist is irresponsible and untrue. " If the local law enforcement has let you know you are not welcome based upon your race, or marital situation; that is in violation of California law, the US constitution, and several other documents. I dont know who you are, but has law enforcement advised you are not welcome for other reasons maybe? I don't know your situation, but some are quick to pull the race card at any opportunity. I wont say racsim is non-existent in this valley or anywhere, but it is not widespread up here. "
