By violating the law, the people who swam in the pool took a chance that the owner would suffer a large fine from law enforcement! This incident happened a few years back. "

I was shocked at my most recent trip up there last month though. " If the local law enforcement has let you know you are not welcome based upon your race, or marital situation; that is in violation of California law, the US constitution, and several other documents. I dont know who you are, but has law enforcement advised you are not welcome for other reasons maybe? I don't know your situation, but some are quick to pull the race card at any opportunity. I wont say racsim is non-existent in this valley or anywhere, but it is not widespread up here. "
