Are you ready to show off your whoppers

It’s summer time and I know there are fisher “persons” out there that want to show off their catches.

We here at the Kern Valley Sun love to add Whopper photos to the sports pages.

There are many out of town readers and this in itself is a good way to invite people to our valley and promote the good things happening despite all the negative coverage we have received recently about our lake.

They see fish being caught and they want to have the same opportunity.

So if you would like us to feature your hauls, stop by the office so we can grab a camera and shoot your photo and take your name.

We also would like to invite those that travel out of the valley to fish to also compliment their fishing prowess with photos to be featured on the sports pages.

You can email the photos to sports@kvsun.com, or photo@kvsun.com

You can also drop them at the office (we’ll make sure you get them back) or mail them to the office to the following address; P. O. Box 3074, Lake Isabella, CA 93240.
