Thursday: The Condors will take part in the second Kern County Museum Summer Fun Day of 2010 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Colonel Claw'd and the slapshot booth can be found by the museum on 3810 Chester Avenue.

• The "Voice of the Condors" Kevin Bartl will once again be a guest host on ESPN Radio 1230's "There It Is: The Jake Stevens Show" from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Colonel Claw'd and Baby Cal will be up early to greet and take pictures with kids at Target located at 11000 Stockdale Highway, from 6 to 7 a. m. Target will open its doors for an hour to select kids who get to enjoy back to school shopping as well as a complimentary breakfast.

• Condors Assisting Red Cross in Wildfire Relief:

With areas of Kern County recovering from the recent wildfires, the Condors will donate 10% of August ticket sales to the American Red Cross-Kern Chapter wildfire relief fund, to assist the people who have been affected by Kern County fires.
