SUSPICION OF DUI: On 8-28-10, Magdalena Rodriguez-Paniagua (24) of Delano, was observed driving southbound on Burlando Rd. south of Kern River Dr., weaving repeatedly in the southbound lane. An enforcement stop was made and the subsequent investigation led to her arrest for DUI and driving unlicensed.
