Published on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 2:09 PM PDT

He Cares Fellowship in Weldon and 1st Baptist Church of Lake Isabella are pleased to announce two opportunities to learn about the persecuted church in our world today.

Voice of the Martyrs, mission representative, Darcie Gill, has been serving the persecuted family for over 10 years. She has traveled extensively, sometimes with her husband Tim, throughout the eastern region of the United States sharing the challenging yet encouraging message of the persecuted church.

Gill is now bringing that message of hope through spoken word and video presentation to the Kern River Valley Tuesday, Sept. 14 and 15th. The two special services are scheduled for Tuesday Sept. 14 at 6:00 pm, 1st Baptist Church, 3701 Suhre St., Lake Isabella. Call 760-379-5615 for more information. And she will be at He Cares Fellowship, 16475 Highway 178, Weldon, next door to the KOA. Call 760-379-6935 for more information

Gill has traveled to Sudan, China, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Cuba, Myanmar, Laos, Kashmir, India, Korea, Columbia & the Middle East to bring help, encouragement and assistance to our family who live there.

Everyone is welcome to attend one or both of these fantastic opportunities to hear Gill’s stories of hope. A love offering for the persecuted church family and traveling expenses will taken both nights.

Come and be blessed, you’ll be glad you did!
