" I wasn't at the Video Conference Meeting on Tuesday (I was at the KRV Public Cemetery District Meeting instead). I heard they DID NOT approve the location BEHIND the KRV Masonic Lodge, but that they did approve putting it up in front of the lodge in the parking lot. Can anyone who was there let us know the details? (thanks!) "
