If we would have been in the HDL still we would have wrapped another title but because we had to go freelance this year we will just take that motivation into next year to win it again. We’re proud of all these kids who have put in a lot of work over the last few months and it is paying off. I want to thank Kyler Robinson and Jim Uribe for all their help they are the trainers behind all these kids working with them every day and they deserve all the credit in the world. Mirisa Smith for traveling everywhere and taking stats and photos. And I also want to thank coach Frank Woody for all his help driving and supplying food and water at the tournaments.”

Kern Valley will be hosting the Freelance wrestling tournament Saturday. Wrestling will begin at noon.

This is the only home event this year. Woody said, “Please come out and support the Broncs wrestlers who have worked so hard all year.”
